Terms of Service
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms apply when you use Shed.co, including the 3D shed builder, your dealer account and any page we host for you. When you place an order or use the service, you agree to these terms. If you agree for a business, you confirm that you can sign for that business.
1. The service
Shed.co gives shed dealers and builders a 3D shed builder that their customers can use on the dealer's website. Customers design a shed, see your prices, and send the design to you as a lead. We set up the builder with your styles, sizes, colors, logo and prices from the information you give us.
2. Your account
- Give us correct and complete information, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone used your account without permission.
3. Fees
Shed.co is free for dealers at this time. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. If we add paid plans later, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before any fee applies to you, and you can decide if you want to continue.
4. Stop using the service
You can stop using Shed.co at any time. Email us at [email protected] and we will turn off your builder.
5. Your content
Your content is the logo, business name, colors, prices, photos and other material you give us. You keep all rights to it. You give Shed.co permission to use, copy and show your content only to set up, run and support your builder. You confirm that you have the right to give us this content and that it does not break the rights of another person or company.
6. Leads and your customers
The designs and contact details that your customers send through your builder are your leads. We send them to you and keep them only to run the service. You are responsible for how you use your leads and for any notice or consent that the law requires you to give to your customers.
7. Rules of use
Do not:
- Use the service for anything that is against the law.
- Copy, sell, rent or share the builder, or try to get its source code.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
- Upload content that is false, harmful or that you do not have the rights to.
8. Our rights
Shed.co owns the builder, its 3D models, its software and its design. These terms give you the right to use the builder on your website while your plan is active. They do not give you ownership of any part of the service.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot promise that it will never stop or have errors. We can improve or change the service. If a change removes a main feature of your plan, we will tell you first.
10. Disclaimer
We give the service "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any other promise or warranty, stated or implied. Prices, sizes and options in your builder come from you. You are responsible for checking them before you sell a shed.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Shed.co is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or any indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing.
12. Ending the service
We can stop or close your account if you break these terms. When your account ends, the builder stops working on your website. You can ask us for a copy of your leads within 30 days after your account ends.
13. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. We will show the new effective date on this page and email you about important changes. If you keep using the service after a change, you agree to the new terms.
