This policy tells you what information Shed.co collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website, the 3D shed builder and dealer accounts.

1. Information we collect

• Account and order information: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website and the email address where you want your leads.
• Builder settings: the shed options, logo, business name, colors, layout and comments that you set in the builder.
• Leads: the designs and contact details that shoppers send through a dealer's builder.
• Technical information: basic data that browsers send to all websites, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

2. How we use information

• To set up, run and support your builder.
• To send leads to the dealer who owns the builder.
• To answer your questions and tell you about changes to the service.
• To keep the service safe and to find and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Leads from shoppers

When a shopper sends a design through a dealer's builder, we process that information for the dealer. The dealer decides how to use it. Shoppers who have questions about their information can contact the dealer, or email us and we will send the request to the dealer.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with companies that help us run the service, and only as much as they need:

• Formspree, which receives the forms on this website and sends them to us by email.
• Our hosting provider, which stores and serves this website.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google to load them.

We can also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and of Shed.co.

5. Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep information

We keep account and order information while your account is active, and after that as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records. We keep leads while your account is active and for 30 days after it ends, so that you can ask for a copy.

7. Security

We use reasonable steps to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure, so we cannot promise complete security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information. Email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, the law can give you more rights. We will answer each request as the law requires.

9. Children

Shed.co is a service for businesses. It is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We can update this policy. We will show the new effective date on this page and email account holders about important changes.
